WALLS	Stonework of 250 mm blocks from expanded clay "FIBO"; stonework of 380 mm silicate bricks
FACADES	Joint decoration.  Facade decoration of high quality Belgian clinker bricks; improved heat insulation of walls: 100 mm + 50 mm stone wool panels. Facade decoration of wood; improved heat insulation of walls: 75 mm + 50 mm + 50 mm stone wool panels .
FLOOR	I floor - concrete, with 80 mm polystyrenic heat and acoustic insulation panel. II floor - concrete, with 50 mm polystyrenic heat and acoustic insulation panel.
PARTITIONS	Stonework of 100 mm blocks from expanded clay "FIBO", plastered.
CEILING	Concrete, not plastered.
ROOF	Superposed. Heat insulated with 120 mm + 100 mm stone wool. Covered with smelted bituminous roofing.
WINDOWS, OUTSIDE DOOR	Wooden, made of pine balk, painted. Glassed in with new, heat reflecting glass.
ELECTRICITY	Cables of inner electricity installation, electricity panel, no installation of illuminators,rozettes, etc.
HEATING	Gas-fired. Combined heating system (floor heating and/or radiators/inlet convectors). Gasiform boiler with hot water preparation is installed on the wall.
VENTILATION	The air-vent branches are arranged in bathrooms and kitchen, natural air circulation in the rooms is carried out through windows.
INTERNAL PLUMBING	Plastic piping; cold and hot water-supply stands are arranged in the house, pipes are laid all over the house according to the Project layout. One place for cold water-supply stand is arranged ouside.
OTHER INSTALLATIONS	Signals of defensive and fire protection are installed; TV, telephone, computer network installations; all these installations are installed without devices.
ENVIRONMENT	Two levels of drainage are arranged. The territory around the house is smoothed, planted with lawn. Drive to the parking place and path around the house is paved with pavement tiles.
